Flower Subscription & Mother’s Day Bouquet

Summer Subscription:

Seasonal fresh flowers on a routine basis? Sign me up! Most flowers you purchase from a floral shop or grocery store will travel multiple days and miles before they get to your home. With a flower subscription from Sunday Meadow, you are supporting a local grower and sustainable practices. 

This subscription will run bi-weekly (4 bouquets total) starting mid-July of 2026. Subscriptions will be available for local pick up in Prescott and Cottage Grove at select pick up locations. We will reach out to coordinate additional subscription details as the 2026 season nears :).  

Local delivery for the Mother’s Day bouquet is offered within 15 miles of Sunday Meadow.
